Ari Spector, LMHCA

Hello I’m Ari! I am a licensed mental health counselor at The Center’s Seattle office. I enjoy
working with individuals as well as groups providing therapy for adults with a variety of
diagnoses. I specialize in humanistic therapies such as existential, person-centered and Gestalt
therapy. My goal is to empower my clients to foster their own insight, self-efficacy and wellness.
I received my master’s degree in counseling from the University of Puget Sound. I did my
internship with Valley Cities Behavioral Health. After graduating, I continued working at Valley
Cities with underserved populations. There, I gained experience working with a wide variety of
demographics including those suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, bipolar
disorder, personality disorders, and more.
