Bergen Starke, LMHC
Bergen Starke is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in the behavioral health field. She provides individual, couples, and family counseling to adults navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. Bergen specializes in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based approaches.
