At The Center for Psychological Health we recognize that there is a lack of services after the age of 18 for young adults with various disabilities. In 2010, we made it one of our missions to help young adults and their families find their way on the path to transition to adulthood. Our transition services not only focus on the individual but also includes their family, school, and their employer. Whatever the problem area, The Center for Psychological Health works with them as a team to resolve the issues.
