Dr. Justin Steffener, Psy.D.
Dr. Steffener works towards collaborating and modifying treatment approaches to individually address the presenting concerns of children, young adults, adults, and families. His experience and training are directed at providing focused clinical treatment and evaluations for individuals presenting with a diverse range of neuro-psychological and emotional challenges; in addition to providing reports for accommodations and documentation of need for those suffering with medical conditions.
His work is extensively focused on identifying and structuring treatments for individuals with dual diagnoses, developmental disorders, and individuals dealing with the stress of life transitions.

Dr. Steffener’s preferred treatment approaches integrate acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and insight-oriented interventions. He is dedicated to delivering a high-level of services to individuals who are motivated to improving the quality of their life and gain a better sense of well-being.
